This website ("Site") is provided to you by National Firearm Sales, Inc. d/b/a Armory of Kings (hereinafter, the "Company"). Your access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. By accessing this Site, you ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not access or use this Site.
CHANGES TO THE SITE
Changes may be made at any time to the information, names, text, software, images, pictures, logos, trademarks, service marks, products and services and any other material displayed on, offered through, or contained on this Site.
CHANGES TO TERMS, CONDITIONS & LICENSING
The Company may at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including without limitation the Privacy Policy and International Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms periodically, and your continued use of this Site following such modifications will indicate your acceptance. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately stop using this Site.
REFUND POLICY
All sales of serialized items, electronics, optics, lights, lasers, ammunition, holsters, custom accessories, or Cerakote and gunsmithing services are final. For accessories returned and received in their original unopened packaging, in brand new uninstalled condition, a restocking fee of 25% will apply, and the remaining 75% of the original purchase price may be refunded at the Company’s discretion if returned within 30 calendar days of purchase at the buyer's expense. Store credit may be offered in lieu of a refund, at which point the Company may waive the restocking fee.
Returned items not in brand new, unopened, uninstalled condition will not be refunded and may be shipped back at your expense with a $30 return handling fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was included in the original order, $10 will be deducted from any eligible refund. Prior written authorization is required for all returns; unauthorized returns are subject to $1/day storage fees per item.
ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders are processed immediately upon approval and cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Orders placed through EasyExport are subject to their own procedural and compliance checks; if an order is cancelled or rejected by EasyExport or authorities, a 25% restocking fee may apply at the Company’s discretion.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is approved. Please verify all address details before checkout. For international customers, address and profile management are handled through EasyExport.
WARRANTY NOTICE
Installation of aftermarket accessories may void the original manufacturer’s warranty. Verify compatibility and installation requirements before modifying any item.
PURCHASING RESTRICTIONS
Products available on this Site are limited to export-eligible items. All international transactions are processed through EasyExport, which governs documentation, approvals, and eligibility under applicable export and import laws. Certain products may not be available in all countries. Compliance with local import laws and product restrictions in the destination country is the customer’s responsibility.
STORAGE FEES
The Company may charge storage fees for items held beyond reasonable processing timeframes. The fee for storage is $1 per day per item unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, items sent for return without authorization or items pending documentation beyond 30 days.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must meet all applicable age requirements for purchasing the items offered on this Site, as determined by your jurisdiction and by EasyExport during the verification process.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
In-stock items will typically ship within 5 business days of payment receipt, subject to export documentation approval. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing or local carrier handling. Certain products may require a delivery signature at the Company’s discretion. Once tracking shows delivery, the Company is not responsible for loss or theft. All delivery addresses and import documentation must match your EasyExport profile.
AVAILABILITY, ERRORS & INACCURACIES
The Company strives for accuracy but does not guarantee completeness or freedom from error. Product descriptions, specifications, or availability may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, the Company reserves the right to cancel or correct affected orders. You will be notified if an order is cancelled due to such discrepancies.
RISK OF LOSS
Except as otherwise stated herein, the risk of loss and title to products purchased on this Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or EasyExport’s appointed logistics partner.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, video, logos, trademarks, and design elements, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted only with all proprietary notices intact.
PRIVACY POLICIES
All personal data collected through this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and International Privacy Policy. EasyExport transactions are also subject to EasyExport’s Privacy Policy, which governs data collected and processed through their platform.

OFAC COMPLIANCE
The Company shall at all times remain in compliance with the regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the Department of the Treasury (including those named on OFAC's Specially Designated and Blocked Persons List) and any statute, executive order (including the September 24, 2001, Executive Order Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism), or other governmental action relating thereto. No orders shall be processed for cardholders and/or recipients in any restricted country, including but not limited to Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
